Tugce Agsak is a licensed Mechanical Engineer, and founder of a women-owned MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) engineering consulting firm. Over the past 22 years, she has charted a career that blends hands‑on technical expertise with strategic business insight — earning an MBA along the way — to lead projects ranging from schools and commercial developments to sustainable designs that respect both code and environment. As the founder of her own consulting firm, she has built more than systems, she has built trust. She believes in the power of teams, working closely with architects, contractors, clients and communities to bring visions to life.
Passionate about supporting women entrepreneurs, Tugce is an active member of Women Entrepreneurs (WE), CEONexus, CREW, AIA, and ASHRAE, and she uses her experience to inspire others in the business community.
